Tell me how you can configure real CBR in video and most importantly in audio? I choose audio bitrate 128k, but the result is VBR with max bitrate 256. Its not good for me, please help

CBR in video is choosing an average bitrate one 1-pass, though you'll get worse video quality that way. As for audio, don't know how you determined it was VBR but you can check the log to make sure the setting is coming through as CBR. If it says it's CBR all the encoding is up to the HandBrake core to make it so.

After transcoding i open file in Mediainfo, and it show:

Bit rate mode                            : Variable

Bit rate                                 : 128 Kbps

Maximum bit rate                         : 256 Kbps


And for example, if i process this file in Mediacoder programm with CBR settings, in Mediainfo i see:

Bit rate mode                            : Constant

Bit rate                                 : 128 Kbps
