1) Encoding to youtube, 2) Reduce encoding time.

1) I've checked help topic here from YouTube regarding advanced encoding settings and will encode into 640*360.
Please help me to determine exact settings in VidCoder to encode a ready-to-upload file to YouTube.
2) How to reduce the encoding time so I can encode a file with an hour duration in two minutes or two minutes and a half.
Thanks a lot :)
Note:- I can pay you for a consultation ticket if you want because this is really important for our business.

If you want to encode fast, make sure you don't have any filters enabled, you aren't doing any resizing/cropping and set the x264 Preset to Fast or Very Fast.

You shouldn't need to do anything special to get videos that are compatible with YouTube.

Ok, will try this and feed you back.

Thanks for the tip, it seems that vidcoder do the trick on the fly on its own.
