Crash on launch with beta 1.5.13

Just updated to the latest beta and now I can't launch vidcoder without it crashing along with this message.

I'm using Windows 8.1 64-bit if that matters at all.

Thanks for the report. This should be fixed in 1.5.14 Beta.
