Suggest me better audio settings?

I'm trying to upload some video game clips to Youtube, yes I know that Youtube will encode the clips once more.
The problem: The audio sounds like metallic which is very different from the original recording.

The tools: recorded with Fraps; VidCoder 1.5.22.0 x64; preset normal, settings default.

I uploaded a sample clip so here is the link: http://www.filedropper.com/demigod

I could not upload a clip from the original Fraps recording because 12 seconds if it amounts to 1.80GB!

Thanks in advance.

You can try to increase your audio bitrate, it's "only" 160 kbit/s.
Try something high like 256 kbit/s.

Since YouTube will encode it a second time only the upload will take a bit longer but you will end up with a much better audio quality.

Thanks for replay,

I tried 256 kbit/s but the metallic like effect is still there.

I also encoded the same original sample from within Virtualdub's Xvid codec, 720p preset but the issue still persists.

Maybe I need to edit the audio separately and then join it back to the video?

Try the FDK AAC codec. The avcodec is probably the source of your distortion.

Thanks, still the same issue, the problem is just after Fraps recording.
