Release Notes

Updated HandBrake SVN to 7149, which uses the new JSON API. This changes the way every encode setting is sent to the HandBrake core, so please kick the tires on this one!

Reviews for this release

vidcoder is awsome compared to handbrake that is crashing with pagefault after encode or preview with short encode. but 2.1 works better, with 2.2 i have 1 problem: i set audio to mono and 64kbit i even set 56kbit it doesnt work, always i get 80kbit. i saw that later nightly of hb.dll fixed that and vbr, but vidcoder still encodes 80kbit, even when i update hb.dll from nightly

Fixed in 2.3 Beta. Please report future problems as issues, not reviews.

Have a fix for DXVA acceleration, will be in next Beta. As for the other issue, please open a bug with details; I cannot reproduce. Also please report future bugs as issues; it is difficult to have a conversation over reviews.

Can you open an issue with details (log file, etc)? "Rips are failing" doesn't help me fix the problem.
