Hello,
Gentle reminder please.
I am sorry for pushing or bothering you but vidcoder is my main application now and really do not know what to do?
Thanks a lot,
WI

I've tried to trace the error but I keep getting this message:

"Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Users\WuxiIxuw\AppData\Local\Temp\WER3830.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml
C:\Users\WuxiIxuw\AppData\Local\Temp\WERB194.tmp.appcompat.txt
C:\Users\WuxiIxuw\AppData\Local\Temp\WERB1A5.tmp.mdmp"

When I explore this folder I can not find anything there at all.

Thanks
WI

See if this helps, happens to me too. Error is in HB.dll and there is an error output in the log file.

I can't attach more than one file at a time it seems. I can also send the preset xml in a separate post if needed.

Here is the crash from the windows crash dialog:

Grabbing the nightly HB.dll from handbrake's build system seems to have fixed the issue for me. Now almost %50 into the encode and no crashing.

12/2/2012 is when I pulled a new HB.dll.

Good to know. I'll update to the latest HB SVN when I do my next release.

Try this again; I've updated to a new hb.dll in 1.4.11: http://vidcoder.codeplex.com/releases/view/99179 .
