wrong video length?

description

Hello!
Vidcoder 1.4.24 (x64) reports a wrong video length (running time) after scanning the source file (in this case *.m2ts). The original file is 01:53:09 (according to several media players and MediaInfo), Vidcoder interpretes 01:49:47.
The outcoming file after encoding is 01:53:00, no fps changes were made.

Does HandBrake 0.9.9 also report the wrong time? I use their libraries to tell me how long video files are.

Had this today with Handbrake 0.9.9.5530 showing the wrong time at source.
VidCoder 1.4.25.0 showing the right time !!!!!!!?????????

Now I found out= It is a matter of how the source is loaded and in handbreake and VidCoder the same.

I have a blu-ray-iso, mounted with daemon-tools. The episode I want to encode is the 00802.m2ts. If I play the m2ts with VLC-player the reported length is 47:18. If I open the file with handbreake or Vidcoder it has 46:38, open title shows 46:38 and open Folder (STREAM) shows 00802 99 (46:38). Only open the mounted full blu-ray (G:) shows the right length (120 00802.MPLS 47:17).
BDinfo says: 00802.MPLS has only one stream-file 00802.m2ts, both show 47:17.

46:38 is the beginning of the credits and showing the wrong length does NOT mean decoding the wrong part.
