Failed to encode video, Worker process crashed

description

I get this error when I try to encode any video:

Worker process crashed. Please report this error so it can be fixed in the future:

I can't tell exactly what's wrong but I'm putting in an error check that might tell me more in the future. What version are you using? Is the issue resolved when you switch to another audio codec?
