How to use add subtitle feature as a watermark for all encoded files

description

Hi,
I am using vidcoder to encode all my videos to .mp4 before upload it to YouTube.
I would like to use the subtitle feature in Vidcoder as a watermark for all these videos, like adding a text line for my YouTube channel title.
So please how can I do so?
i.e. I am adding 10 different files to a folder then add them all into VidCoder using the EnQueue Multiple Files button to add about 10 or 15 different videos to encode them all to .mp4 container and each file will still remain a lone and no join or anything to be done at all.
How to add the same subtitle file to all of them?
What is the subtitle file format? is it .srt? or .sub ...etc
Where exactly to place the subtitle file?
How many subtitle I should create or add? do I need a subtitle file for each video file?
Do I need to rename subtitle to something special?
Please advise for the right thing to achieve my goal.
Thanks a lot,
Mohamed
