VidCoder no longer works for me

description

Something is weird in my system. Running latest Win 8.1 64-bit. I've been using VidCoder successfully for a couple of years, including the betas, but now every source encode fails. I've tried both 64-bit and 32-bit versions, cleaned out the registry entries and re-installed--everything but get rid of my pre-sets, which is the next thing I'll try.

Here's the log text:

UPDATE: Getting rid of setting and presets worked. Program is now working fine. Also installed as Administrator this time, if that matters.

Still interested in knowing how something in my settings and presets could cause an error like the one in the log.

I don't see how your settings and presets could have had anything to do with it. I'm guessing the reinstall is what fixed it, but I don't know exactly what was going wrong here.
