vidcoder has experienced an unexpected error

description

I have installed the software and when I open I am getting this error. If I choose OK, the software will close automatically.

Please find enclosed error note copied from the error and the screen shot for your review.

Could anyone please help on this regards.

Not sure. Looks like something is wrong with Windows here; this stack trace is all OS code.
