Batch encoding dosen't at times.

Sometimes clicking the 'Start' button doesn't actually start an encode. So far I've only been able to make it happen after having it crash (using the chapters issue I mentioned earlier).

To repro:

1. Add a batch job using custom chapter names.
2. Open another title with more chapters than the previous.
3. Click to open the chapters dialog.
4. VidCoder will crash.
5. Re-run VidCoder.
6. Note bacth job still exists.
7. Add another batch job.
8. Click start.
9. UI will change (stop & pause) buttons, but no progress information will appear.
10. Program will stay in this state forever.
11. Clicking the 'Pause' button will cause a crash.
12. Clicking other buttons may or may not cause strange behavior.

Cheers,
Mike.

Correction - found the issue.

Filenames aren't getting quoted or somehow.

If I try encoding with a filename of "3 - .mkv", it will cause this non-processing state. (Other names may cause it too, I use this when I know the ep# of the title, but not the name.)

Is this different from the problem listed in the other thread, with the Whitespace stacktrace? Because my fix for the chapter crash should clear up the problem you described in your first post.
