VidCoder Crashes on MKV

Vidcoder is crashing when trying to convert a TV show from a .iso file. I'm selecting High Profile with AC3/Passthrough. I'm adding a subtitle and I believe this is the issue because if I do it without the subtitle it goes through.

I tried encoding to MKV with handbrake and it worked.

System is Windows 7 32bit system with SP1. Just recently did a fresh install of the operating system and first time I loaded SP1. Before Vidcoder worked fine with Movies and subtitles. sometimes it would crash, but it was very random.
