Question about decomb filter

Sep 14, 2011 at 3:44 PM

Hi all !

I have a PAL DVD and i want to rip to .mkv file but the output file had many combing. I set decomb filter at custom ( value : 8) but didn't resolve combing in output file.

So if someone know please tell me how to do. Thank you very much.

Normal Decomb works for me. Could you post a log? I could verify if that filter is getting passed to HandBrake.

Well it looks like VidCoder is correctly passing in the Decomb filter. I believe this is a HandBrake issue. From glancing at the picture it looks like the filter is trying to do something but not getting all the way there.
