Support for Dxtory files please :)

Dec 8, 2011 at 6:15 PM

I am using the screencapture software Dxtory, which comes with its own direct show codec. Sadly videcoder seems not to be able to use this codec.

Avi Plays fine in any player that is baded on direct show - any chance to get this videoformat supported in vidcoder?

You should make the request to the HandBrake team directly. I use their engine to decode all video files.

made a feature request in hadbrake forums https://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=22766&p=104158#p104158

Who then forwarded me to libav.

And after a lovely chat with kshishkov and JEEB, support will be added http://lists.libav.org/pipermail/libav-devel/2011-December/016200.html :)
