Re-encoding 1-hour MKV, encodes for few seconds, then "completes"...

Having a really strange issue. Trying to re-encode an MKV that was encoded with 11 f-refs down to the default, but when I start encoding, it only encodes for a few seconds, then "Completes". Encode time says ~25minutes for a few seconds, then goes to 100%, but when you go to view the video, it only encoded the first few seconds. I've tried different settings, file-types, and all that jazz. I'm stumped.

Windows 8pro/64. Intel i7, 12gb DDR3-1600, HD5870, 256GB-SSD/1TB-HDD. Tried both the stable and the latest beta (1.4.8). Anything else needed to know, just ask! Thanks!

Do you get the same problem in the HandBrake GUI? http://vidcoder.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=Submitting%20bug%20reports

Yeah, just tried it. Here's the error it was giving me:

Report that error (along with an encode log) to the HandBrake team. If they can get it working for you, there's a good chance it will be fixed in VidCoder as well.

Good deal, thanks!
