Video Corruption

There are times when Vidcoder produces corruption in the picture when segueing from one scene to the next. I typically use the following settings.
  1. Constant quality =18
  2. High audio bit rates
  3. MKV container
  4. Mezzmo media server over a Gigabit LAN to Panasonic Plasma TCP55 55" screen
  5. 5.1 surround sound
  6. Typical file size is 5 to 10 GB.
  7. I rip the movie using AnyDVD
An example of movies that do this are any of the Lord of the Rings films.

Are there adjustments in the video filters of Vidcoder that can prevent this scene to scene corruption? I always use the default filters.

Might be a bug. Does HandBrake have the same behavior?
