Missing function to not re-encode Video

I got several MKV video already encoded correctly in MP4 where I need to rework audio encode and cotnainer to MP4 but I don't want to loose time or quality re-encoding the video portion.
Unlike MKVTOMP4 software, I did not found any option to not re-encode the video.

I am missing this same "passthru" that exist for audio but is missing for video.

Also, will be nice to have option to import audio track from external source (I need to add first the audio to my MKV before using VidCoder, will save me one step if VidCoder could use an external file from some audio track).

Thanks,

Video passthrough is something that won't be added. It would need to be added in the HandBrake core and they've said they won't do it. I believe the same applies for bringing in outside audio tracks, but you would have to ask the HandBrake people about that.
